STEP 1. Purchase your Kamp(s).
Quantity

Once you have purchased your Kamp(s) you will receive an email conformation of your order. This email will contain your order number, which is required for completing STEP 2 (Online Registration Form). If you don't receive email confirmation of your order (with your order number), contact info@kudurugby.com and we will email it to you. Don't proceed to STEP 2 until you have this number.

*NOTE: After completing STEP 1, a Thank You message will appear in your browswer window. Close the Thank You window to return to this screen and proceed to STEP 2.

STEP 2. Complete your Online Registration.
Fill out and submit this online Registration Form (you will need to know your Order Number from your Kamp purchase).

*NOTE: If you have purchased more than one Kamp, you are required to complete STEPS 2 and 3 for each registered Kamp participant.

STEP 3. Fill out and FAX the Medical History/Waiver Consent Form.
Form to complete:

For registration/check-in each player will be required to have the following Medical History/Waiver Consent form. This form requires parent/guardian signatures for players under the age of 18. Please FAX a signed copy of this form to us and bring the original to the Kamp at check-in.

Players will NOT be able to participate in the Kamp without this form.

*NOTE: The Medical History/Waiver Consent form includes a printed version of the Online Registration form. If you have completed this form online, you are not required to complete the printed version.

Cost: $130 if pre-registered on the website - $150 (Walk-in)

Who: High School and College Boys and Girls. Experienced and 1st time players are
welcome, even whole/part teams.

What to Bring:
Due to the variation in playing/training surfaces (grass/all-weather/indoor) available at different venues, players will need to have rubberized studs (option-running shoes) or cleats. Recommended items:

2 pairs of socks
2 pairs of shorts
2 Jersey's
Boots with rubber/metal studs
Cross Trainers (Running Shoes)
Mouth Guard/Gum Shield
Water bottle - with a name clearly legible
